The information is provided by Fovama Rugs & Carpets of Westchester & while we endeavor to keep the information up to date & correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. Fovama Rugs & Carpets of Westchester is not responsible for any typographical errors.
Some handcrafted rugs may vary in size plus or minus 2-3 inches from the stated dimensions. This is not a manufacturer defect but a common characteristic of the way handmade rugs are individually woven. If an item’s correct price is higher or lower than we intended to price, we will at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order & notify you of such cancellation.
Price Match Guarantee does not include any merchandise that is closed out, damaged or seconds & applies only for running lines with suppliers that we have account with & able to deliver.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow manufacturer guidelines for each product sold by Fovama.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is simple:
Merchandise returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery, in original condition, is not subject to restocking fees, and you may return your rug and pad for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.*
If you do decide to return the rug & pad, you must:
- Email us for the Return Authorization Number
- Repack the rug and pad in their original or equivalent packaging
- Return it via UPS or any other carrier of your choice who can insure the package for its value.
- We will promptly credit your account or refund you with a check
